The Information Centre in Ústí nad Labem provides all information about tourism in the Ústí nad Labem district, including:
• accommodation services
• sales of maps and guidebooks;
• sales of publications about the city and tourism;
• information about transport connections;
• sales of tickets to cultural and sporting events;
• sales of Euroregion Elbe/Labe culture passes.
The Information Centre in Ústí nad Labem is a member of the Association of Tourist Information Centres of the Czech Republic and is included in the central "CzechTourism" database of information centres.
The Information Centre is incorporated in the Department of Tourism at the Strategic Development Department of the Municipal Authority of the City of Ústí nad Labem. Activity at the Information Centre got underway on 12th July 2004.

The Department of Tourism deals with the following activities:
• the publication of promotional and informative materials about the city;
• the promotion of the city in the tourism-based media;
• the presentation of the city at tourism fairs;
• the implementation of tourism projects;
• cooperation with and active participation in the DELITEUS Tourism Association;
• cooperation with tourist companies/organisations in the Ústí Region.
